Nordstrom has kicked off its holiday discounting early, marking down a range of Ugg footwear by up to 40% ahead of the official Black Friday shopping rush, according to Page Six.
The early sale covers some of the brand's most popular boots and slippers, giving bargain hunters a chance to snag cold-weather favorites before inventory thins out closer to the holidays. Page Six noted that discounts of this size on Ugg products are uncommon outside of major sales events.
With Black Friday still weeks away, the early markdowns suggest retailers are competing hard for holiday shoppers sooner than usual this year.
