Knicks Coach Mike Brown Scraps Failed Experiment, Reunites Brunson and Towns for Good
Mike Brown admits his plan to stagger Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns' minutes flopped, and now says the Knicks' two stars need to share the floor at all times.

New York Knicks head coach Mike Brown has conceded that an early season strategy of staggering playing time between Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns did not pan out, according to Sporting News.
Brown had reportedly hoped to keep at least one of his two stars on the floor at all times by splitting their minutes, a common tactic meant to maintain offensive firepower throughout a game. Instead, the coach has acknowledged the approach fell short of expectations early in the season.
As a result, Brown now appears committed to keeping Brunson and Towns on the court together more consistently going forward, Sporting News reported.
