Eastern Washington's women's basketball program is looking to build on its 2024 NCAA Tournament appearance with a roster that returns four starters, according to Yahoo Sports.
Among the players set to benefit from that tournament experience is Kourtney Grossman, who was still a recruit rather than an active roster member when the Eagles made their 2024 tournament run. Yahoo Sports reports that Grossman and her teammates believe the program has carried forward lessons and momentum from that breakthrough season.
With the bulk of last year's starting lineup intact, Eastern Washington enters the new season aiming to take what the program describes as its next step forward.
